General Childbirth Education/New Parent Course~

• 1 - 10 hour class OR a 10 hour - 4 week series covering: Common pregnancy complaints, Anatomy, Stages of Labor, Medical and Non-medical Pain Management/Comfort Measures, Interventions, Cesarean Birth, Postpartum and Healing, and more.

Private Customized Class~

• Include all of the things you need for your birth, and none of the ones you don’t! Choose from a list of childbirth education topics to learn about.

• Add-on to any doula package for: $150

Sibling Class~

• 2 hour group or private class geared towards 18mo-10yo.

• Includes: Informational handouts for parents, coloring/activity pages for kids, craft activity, practice for siblings on how to help, emotional communication skills and resources list.

• Price: $30 per family

• Add-onto any doula package or childbirth class for: $20

Birth Preferences/Planning Session~

• 1 - 2 hour planning session covering: Birth setting, support people, clothing preference, birth place arrival procedures, monitoring, pain management preferences, labor interventions, and more.

• Birth Planning Template

• Price:$50

• Add-on to any class for $30

Postpartum Planning Session~

• 1 - 2 hour planning session covering: Infant feeding and sleeping goals and resources, mother’s goals and planning, partner goals and planning, planning overnight help, local postpartum resources, red flags for postpartum, and more.
